What can you do with your downloaded statement?
Both the PDF and Excel versions of your statement will reflect all updates and changes you've made so far.
The PDF version:
- Is great for printing. If you have multiple facilities, each facility has its own page.
- Some clients like to print their statement, make changes on paper, and then head back to the MySpareFoot interface to edit their statement online.
- Updates in real time. You'll see a timestamp at the top of the file for when you downloaded it. If you make changes to your statement in MySpareFoot you can re-download a newer version.
The Excel version:
- Is great for emailing to colleagues. If you want other people in your company to help you reconcile, just send them the Excel version and they can email you back changes to make.
