We've partnered with Self Storage Manager  to build out a seamless integration between your storage management software and SpareFoot—allowing you to get the most out of your SpareFoot account without spending the additional time.

How does it work?

Self Storage Manager's software includes a data feed of information (API) which allows your storage management software to communicate with SpareFoot's platform, ensuring accurate prices and availability on your SpareFoot listing.

Adding new facilities Facilities are automatically created and new facilities can be added with the touch of a button.  Facilities are manually created in MySpareFoot. 
Adding facility amenities Facility amenities are manually added. 
Adding units Unit groups are automatically created.  Unit groups are manually created in MySpareFoot. 
Adding unit features Unit features are automatically added.  Unit features are manually added in MySpareFoot. 
Adding unit rates Rates are automatically updated once per hour.  Rates are manually updated in MySpareFoot. 
Updating unit availability Availability is automatically updated once per hour.  Availability is manually updated in MySpareFoot. 
Adding/updating promotions Your choice of automatic or manual updates.  Promotions are manually added and updated in MySpareFoot. 
Adding new tenant information to SSM New tenant information is automatically sent to SSM.  New tenant information is manually added to SSM. 
Reservation notifications Reservation information is sent via email, phone, and text (optional). 
Monthly billing Your SSM software tells SpareFoot who moved in.  Your team tells SpareFoot who moved in.

SpareFoot provides guided step-by-step integration instructions as well as guided assistance from an implementation specialist who will ensure that your integration and account are ready to receive SpareFoot reservations.
