How often does SpareFoot sync with Easy Storage Solutions to get my unit information?
We do a basic unit sync hourly to update your prices and availability. If you've made a price change, please wait an hour before expecting to see it updated on SpareFoot.
If you need these changes to be reflected on your SpareFoot listing sooner, we can manually trigger the sync at any time. Just send us an email at email@example.com and we'll get right on it!
Does SpareFoot sync facility information from Easy Storage Solutions, or just unit information?
When you first integrate your Easy Storage Solutions (ESS) facility with SpareFoot, we'll pull some basic facility information (name, phone number, hours, and address) from ESS. However, we do not ever re-pull this information from ESS. If you make facility changes (such as new hours or a new phone number), be sure to update that information in MySpareFoot so we have all the current info. Can I integrate my Easy Storage Solutions promotions with SpareFoot?
Promotions are set manually through your MySpareFoot account. You can find instructions about setting your promotions in our article: Managing Your Non-Integrated Promotions.
Do I need to reconcile my monthly statement if I am integrated with Easy Storage Solutions?
Auto-Reconciliation makes reconciling your monthly statement easier and saves you time by matching up reservations you’ve received from SpareFoot with tenants who have moved into your facility. Even though our Auto-Reconciliation feature is highly accurate, we still recommend that you review your statement to ensure everything is correct. Please note that once the statement closes your bill cannot be adjusted. You can learn more in our article: Auto-Reconciliation.
How much of my data can SpareFoot see?
We're serious about your privacy, so we only look at basic information about your facility and units. All of this visibility is used exclusively to support the integration and make it as easy as possible to manage your SpareFoot account. We'd never share or sell any of the data we see.
