MySpareFoot is the portal used to access and edit your account.
Access Levels
Access Level |
Description |
Emails |
You cannot log in to MySpareFoot. You'll receive email notifications from SpareFoot about your facility and your new reservations. |
Limited |
You can log in to MySpareFoot to edit the facility listings for some, but not all, facilities on your account. You do not have Admin access. |
Full |
The same as Limited, but you have access to all facilities on your account. |
Admin |
The same as Full, plus access to the users and payments section of MySpareFoot. |

Click My Account in the top-right corner of the screen to see your access level.
If you see a message prompting you for a signup code when you attempt to sign in, this means your access level is "Emails."
