Customer reviews on your Marketplace listing increase trust, your Marketplace success metrics, and the likelihood that storage seekers will reserve at your facility. In addition to reviews from Storable Marketplace customers, we include Google Reviews for your facility on your Marketplace facility page(s) to boost the number of reviews customers see.
Please Note: Google Reviews are provided directly by Google. SpareFoot does not control which reviews are shown or the order in which they appear. Reviews are surfaced at random by Google and may change over time.
If you would prefer not to show Google Reviews on your Marketplace listing, you can disable them at either the account or facility level by following the instructions below. Please note that account-level settings will override facility-level settings.
Enable or disable Google Reviews at the facility level:
Navigate to the Reviews page.
Click the Display Google Reviews toggle. This page may look different depending on whether you have Marketplace reviews.
Or
Enable or disable Google Review at the Account level:
Click the My Account dropdown menu.
Click Corporate Account.
Click the Google Reviews tab.
Click the Display Google Reviews at all facilities for this corporate account toggle.
