Enable the Contactless Move-In Badge on Your Listing

Highlight your contactless move-in experience on SpareFoot so online shoppers can quickly find and choose your facilities.

Quick Start
1. Sign in to your MySpareFoot account.
2. Open the Move-Ins page and review the contactless criteria.
3. Confirm your facility meets all five contactless move-in requirements.
4. Select the eligible facilities and save your updates.
5. Verify that the Contactless Move-In badge appears on your SpareFoot listings.


Understand Where The Contactless Badge Appears

  1. From your web browser, go to the SpareFoot marketplace and search for storage facilities in your area.

  2. Review facility listings and look for the Contactless Move-In badge that appears on locations offering a fully remote move-in experience.

  3. Use this view to confirm how the badge will display to shoppers considering your facilities.

Confirm Your Facility Meets Contactless Requirements

  1. Navigate to MySpareFoot and sign in with your account credentials.

  2. Go to the Move-Ins section by opening the Move-Ins page at https://my.sparefoot.com/move-ins/contactless.

  3. On the Contactless Move-Ins page, review the five criteria your facility must meet to qualify for the badge:

    • Acquire detailed contact information from the customer without physical human contact.

    • Send the lease to the customer without physical human contact.

    • Allow the customer to sign and return the lease without physical human contact.

    • Accept payment from the customer without physical human contact.

    • Provide access to the customer without physical human contact.

  4. For each criterion your facility satisfies, select the corresponding checkbox on the Contactless Move-Ins page.

  5. Note: You must meet and select all five Contactless Move-In criteria to qualify for the badge.

Apply The Contactless Badge To Eligible Facilities

  1. On the same Contactless Move-Ins page in MySpareFoot, scroll to the list of facilities on your account.

  2. For each facility that meets all contactless criteria, select its corresponding checkbox to indicate it is eligible for the Contactless Move-In badge.

  3. After selecting all eligible facilities, click Update Listings to save your changes and apply the badge settings.

  4. Allow 15–30 minutes for the Contactless Move-In badge to appear on your SpareFoot listings.

  5. If your SpareFoot account is integrated with Storable Edge or SiteLink Web Edition, confirm that your facilities link directly to your online move-in experience from the facility listing page on SpareFoot.com and from the customer’s SpareFoot reservation confirmation page.
